My research
I’m a PhD student at the Centre for Environmental and Climate Science working with circular use of construction materials and their relations to environmental risks and End-of-Waste criteria. During my PhD I will focus on studying the impact that reuse of slightly contaminated construction materials would have on the environment with particular focus on ground dwelling organisms. The goal is to outline relevant End-of-Waste criteria, which will be tested and evaluated and contribute to circular use of construction materials.
My background
I have a master’s degree in geology and have been working as an environmental consultant for five years before deciding to start my PhD in environmental science with a focus of circular use of construction materials.
