The annual summer and winter meetings are highlights in our interdisciplinary agenda. We gather twice per year to network, listen to inspiring guests, and engage in discussions and workshops.
ClimBEco Summer meeting 2021
Theme: "Food and...everything else"
Place: Zoom and small-group meetings in Lund, Gothenburg and Malmö
At this ClimBEco meeting we took the lens of food to cumulatively consider some of society’s most grand environmental challenges. Specifically, we focused on the consumption side of the food system in a European context. What role can food techonology play in supporting a sustainable, nutritionally sound and culturally rich diet? How can and should policy measures steer consumption? And where can we as individuals impact change?
