I am a climate researcher with long experience in both atmospheric measurements and development and evaluation of advanced climate models, as well as their use for climate projections and scenarios and subsequent climate impact studies.

Over the years, I have developed my advisory and expert capacity, for example in UN climate negotiations, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and today also in the Swedish Climate Policy Council.

I also do outreach and some of my later research is inspired by these contexts, and touches upon how scientific knowledge develops in response to and in support of societal action on climate.
