Contact person and function

During the summer months (weeks 28-32), administrative support will be reduced. This includes finance support, HR support, student administration as well as research administration and collaboration (BECC, MERGE, LU Land, Sustainability Forum, ClimBeco and Agenda 2030 Graduate School). 

We ask for your understanding that during this period only urgent matters will be handled and everything else will have to wait until week 33 (week commencing Monday, 11 August).

A holiday overview is available in the administrator corridor, showing the planned leave periods for the administrative staff.
