Natural Nations

Natural Nations is an Erasmus-financed project aiming to assist school teachers and pupils to understand the importance of pollinating insects, other invertebrates, and birds in the food web, through guides and protocols for surveys of school grounds. Survey data of participating school will also gathered through a citizen science initiative. The schools will also gain advice on how to improve the school gerund to benefit biodiversity. The project is coordinated by the British NGO Learning through Landscapes (LtL). Other collaborators are Naturskolan i Lund, Birdlife Malta, and Sociedad Espanola de Ornitologia SEO (Birdlife Spain). The projects runs 2019 to 2022.
