LU Land

LU Land – Land use for a sustainable future is one of Lund University’s thematic collaboration initiatives.

LU Land is coordinated by CEC and LUCSUS. LU Land is a platform concerning sustainable land use, ranging across sectors, interests and research disciplines. The aim is to jointly identify goal conflicts across sectors, and solve societal challenges that arise from the increased need of products from agriculture and forestry, services from ecosystems, and land for infrastructure and spatial planning.

LU Land currently gathers around 60 researchers from different faculties at Lund University, and almost 30 external partners from industry, governmental institutions and interest organizations.
