New routine for travel expense reports from 17th November 2020

Instead of submitting original receipts and printed copies of your expense reports to the person who will be reviewing your report, you should:

  1. Save a copy of the report as a PDF
  2. Scan/take a picture of your receipts
  3. Send an e-mail with the report, receipts and other attachments (program, participants etc) to the person reviewing your report
  4. You will still have to submit original receipts, but this can be done at a later date. You will then have to make sure that the receipts are connected to the correct report number, for example by printing the PDF-version of the report and attaching the receipts to it.
