LU Land Breakfast seminar #16: Multifunctional bioenergy production - can we improve the environment by producing energy on agricultural land?

There is huge interest and potential to produce more energy from Swedish-produced biomass, not only from forests, but also from arable land and grasslands. But how can this be done without increasing the pressure on the environment?
Welcome to a seminar highlighting the potential of multifunctional energy crops to reduce nutrient leakage, erosion and flooding, and increase carbon sequestration and biodiversity. We will also address existing challenges and reflect on driving forces and barriers that farmers experience when it comes to introducing multifunctional energy crops.
