The thematic collaboration initiative LU Land, together with relevant researchers and societal actors, has recently conducted a Horizon scan to identify and prioritize the most important challenges to be met in relation to sustainable land use. We will present the results of the Horizon scan and discuss the usefulness of this method as a way to increase collaboration and stakeholder involvement in research.
