Welcome to the CEC Fellows seminar on November 9: Who is in your winning team? Designing a good group for a research application.

The speakers are:

How is the Science Faculty at Lund University performing in the European research setting?
Sophie Hydén Picasso, Lund University Research Services, gives an overview on what has happened so far with the EU-funding. How well is LU performing? How is science doing?

Our winning team!
Lars J Nilsson, professor at Environmental and Energy Systems Studies, Department of Technology and Society, LTH, is reflecting on their recently funded H2020-project REINVENT. Hear about his thoughts on forming a winning team.
REINVENT: The overall aim of REINVENT is to help Europe achieve its long-term climate objectives. It builds on the integration of conceptual work, empirical mapping and case-studies of innovations and climate initiatives, co-creation of knowledge and co-design of pathways, and careful assessment of the implications for other societal goals.

My partners and my stakeholders – Do I know them? Do I need them?
Magnus Ramdén, consultant from Mannaz, work with leadership and project development in different organizations. He has a research background, and substantial experience with training sessions for academics, at Lund University and at other universities as well, and in both public and private sector. Read more about him here. Magnus will guide us through some of the knowledge on how to form a good team during a good hour.
